I am currently working at a large enterprise where software is not our core business. In the past I've worked at a number of startups and done some consulting.
I'm currently developing new applications primarily in Ruby On Rails and am also interested in figuring out how to use the concepts of and/or actually use Rails to maintain existing legacy Java applications.
